» "SHOW COOKING" – Our cookery demonstrations and dinner. focus on a themed 3 course menu which, our students get the pleasure of eating after they learn the technique and philosophy behind the dishes. Our demonstration classes run for 2 hours from 20:00 until 22:00.

» "HANDS ON" COOKERY COURSES – Strap on an apron, get into the kitchen and get ready to get your hands dirty at Fosh Food*. Our new 4 week, in depth and hands-on courses cover essential      cooking techniques from a variety of different topics.

» “After Work Friday’s” Join the Party at Fosh Food on a Friday night Guests are invited to come along at the end of a hectic week, and select from a choice of designer cocktails, wines, beers and spirits whilst meeting old friends, and making some new ones. Accompanying the drinks will be a complimentary selection of tapas from 19:00 – 21:00 after which time guests can stay for dinner and enjoy a 3 course menu for only 24 euros.
