Theme: Sushi Basics:
An excellent class for the beginner sushi enthusiast. We guarantee you will leave confident in the art of making basic sushi. The first class will look at the different elements of sushi, such as rice, fillings, flavours, tools, and most importantly the different styles of rolling. You will learn to create, Nori Maki (Nori-rolled Sushi), which are Hoso-Maki (thin-rolled sushi) and Futo-maki (Thick-rolled), as well as hand rolls.
