In the second part of sushi basics we delve further into rolling techniques and look at some of the most popular sushi ítems such as nigiri sushi (rice mounds topped with a slice of sashimi), inside- out California rolls, sashimi cuts, and tempura rolls. We finish the course by preparing a mixed sushi platter perfect for any dinner party.
